How we got here
We both started at HighRadius in ABM, covering US and EMEA markets, learning what real pipeline pressure looks like.
One of us moved up to lead the EMEA outbound team. The other sharpened an edge in GTM hiring, figuring out early that execution is only as good as the people behind it.
From there, we joined Sprouts.ai - a GTM firm working with B2B SaaS companies across their 0→1 and 1→10 phases. Client after client, the same problem kept surfacing: ambitious companies with no real GTM system behind them. Great products. Broken pipelines. No one who'd actually done the job running the fix.
That gap is why OutPro exists. We built the firm we wished someone had handed us.
